Delhi Public School, Shaheedpath Celebrates 79thIndependence Day with Patriotism and Pride

Lucknow: Delhi Public School, Shaheedpath marked the 79th Independence Day of India with a vibrant celebration full of patriotic fervour, unity, and pride. The event commenced with the ceremonial flag hoisting by  Abhishek Pal, Pro Vice Chairman of Delhi Public School,Shaheedpath accompanied by Dr. Manju Lakhanpal, Principal and Swati Singh Malhotra, Vice- Principal. The national flag fluttered high as students, staff, and guests stood in unison for the National Anthem, echoing the spirit of their nationalism across the campus.

The cultural program began with a soulful patriotic song performed by the students, setting an emotional tone for the day. This was followed by an energetic dance performance that paid tribute to the sacrifices made by countless heroes for the nation’s independence.

Addressing the gathering, Our PVCMr. Abhishek Pal shared an inspiring message on the significance of freedom, responsibility, and the role of education in shaping a stronger nation. He encouraged students to remain committed to the values of integrity, unity, and hard work. Our Principal Dr. Manju Lakhanpal spoke about the importance of nurturing young minds with values of nationalism and social responsibility, urging students to be catalysts of positive change in society.

The celebration concluded on a sweet note with the distribution of sweets among students, reinforcing the spirit of unity and joy that marks this historic day.
